RESTAURANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Buns'n Spuds would like its Restaurant Manager to work from home and on a weekly basis to create a menu with a main and desert course that it can use at its restaurants.

A different menu consisting of a main and desert course should be submitted weekly, every friday. We will then use them in generating menus for our restaurants.

Create a menu with a main and desert course. Please be creative and use ingredients that are readily available around you and in season. When working in the kitchen please ensure an adult, preferably a parent is with you. Especially working on a stove and with a knife.

A course is a specific set of food items that are served together during a meal, all at the same time. A course may include multiple dishes or only one, and often includes items with some variety of flavors. ... Courses may vary in size as well as number depending on the culture where the meal takes place.

A main course: The main course is food that is served as the main dish in a multi-course meal. It is often served after the entrée. The main course may be called the "entrée". The main course is usually the biggest dish on a menu. The main ingredient is often meat or fish

A desert course: The course usually consists of sweet foods, such as confections, and possibly a beverage; it may include coffee, cheeses, nuts, or other savory items regarded as a separate course elsewhere. Sometimes it involves cheese after pudding, or dessert.
